At First Pentecostal Church of Titusville, we believe leadership isn’t something reserved for “someday.” It’s something God begins cultivating in young hearts right now. Our church has a deep passion for raising up Christian leaders—students who love Jesus, serve boldly, and step confidently into the call God has placed on their lives.

One of the most meaningful ways we live out that mission is through our Youth Takeover, a Youth‑Led Worship Service.

A Night Where the Youth Lead the Way

On the first Wednesday of every month, our youth group steps forward to lead our midweek worship service. They take on real responsibility—planning, preparing, praying, and leading with sincerity and joy. From the music to the atmosphere to the ministry moments, our students are learning what it means to serve God with excellence.

This isn’t a performance. It’s discipleship in motion. We’re watching young men and women discover their gifts, grow in confidence, and learn how to lead others into the presence of God. It’s powerful to see students, not just participating in church, but actively shaping it.

Spotlighting the Children’s Choir

Each First Wednesday also features a special highlight: our children’s choir.

There’s something beautiful about seeing the youngest voices in our church lifted in worship. Their songs remind us of the purity of faith, the joy of praise, and the importance of investing in the next generation from the very beginning.

Parents, grandparents, and church family look on with pride as these young worshippers take the stage. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and their love for Jesus shines brightly.

Why This Matters

Leadership doesn’t start in adulthood—it starts in childhood, in youth group, in moments where young people are trusted, encouraged, and given space to grow.

At First Pentecostal Church of Titusville, Pennsylvania, we’re committed to:

  • Training young leaders through hands‑on ministry

  • Creating opportunities for students to serve meaningfully

  • Celebrating the gifts God has placed in every child and teen

  • Building a church culture where every generation matters

We believe God is raising up a generation of worshippers, leaders, and world‑changers right here in Titusville. And every First Wednesday, we get a glimpse of what He’s doing.
